This is where running comes in. It is the most effective and accessible form of exercising at any age to stay fit and healthy.

You can track your miles on a smartwatch. This lets you know how much you run in a day. It has all the details regarding “how far did I run” that you can access easily.

3. Consistency

Be consistent with your running schedule and don’t miss out. Your body demands some time to get used to the activity, so be consistent.

Also, it would be better if you invest in running shoes since you’re over 50. As you age, your feet will get tired quickly, and you can even get knee pain if your choice of footwear is wrong.
