1. Holding Urine

5. Excessive Screen Time

This helps your eyes feel less strain and promotes blinking, which helps relieve dry, itchy eyes. Also, putting down your phone before bed can improve the quality of your sleep as gazing at screen brightness does.

6. Putting on Wrong Footwear

Women who have worn high heels before will probably not be surprised to hear this: they damage the soles of your feet and the repercussions can be felt throughout your entire body. Your spine, hips, knees, and ankles are all influenced by the shoes you wear.

However, wearing shoes without backing, such as flip-flops, can also harm your body and cause neck pain and back problems alongside a bad posture. Be sure your ankles and feet are appropriately supported while used for an extended period of time.

7. Inconsistent Sleep Schedule

Our bodies need regular, quality sleep to operate properly, but giving in to the urge to stay up at night or develop other poor sleeping habits can have negative effects. Do you often tend to press the snooze button?

You are reducing your amount of quality, uninterrupted sleep if you consistently ignore your alarm and press it several times. A condition of somnolence may result from using the snooze button, which some sleep experts claim might put you through a new sleep pattern that you will lack time to complete and leave you feeling drowsy all day.
